As the exclusive licensee for Pendleton Woolen Mills, Southwest Looms has the privilege of bringing Pendleton's iconic blanket patterns to life as stunning rugs. Southwest Looms offers a unique 2-3 day in-home trial period, giving you the opportunity to experience how their rugs enhance your space. This trial allows you to see the rug in your home environment, assess how it complements your furniture, lighting, and decor, and determine if it meets your aesthetic expectations. If for any reason the rug isn't visually pleasing, you can return it within this trial period, provided it is in like-new condition. Please note, however, that custom rug orders are non-returnable. This thoughtful policy ensures that you can shop with confidence, knowing you have the flexibility to find the perfect piece for your home.
